AVP (Advance Variable Pulse)

AVP (Advance Variable Pulse) Technology in MIG welding

Major advantage is that we can weld where a gap condition exists between the mating parts.
This made the current design for the Reinf. Back Panel, which uses HT steel tube welded to sheet metal, feasible.
Uses amperage pulsing during welding to prevent instability of the welding arc between wire and metal surface.
Additional advantage is reduced amount of weld spatter.
