Plant 1

Press Capacity

  • 7 Hydraulic ranging from 10 – 400 tons
  • Largest bed size 1.8m x 1.2m
  • 45 Mechanical ranging from 45 – 500 tons
  • Largest bed size 2.8m x 1.5m

Welding

  • Robotic Yaskawa MIG and Spot-welding cells.
  • MFDC Pedestal projection welding and spot-welding cells.

Plant 2

Press Capacity-New YADON Press

  • 2 x new 630T Progression Presses Bed-size 1100 X 2600
  • 1 x new 800T Progression Press Bed-size 1800 X 4000
  • 1 x new 1250T Press with integrated Siemens Automation Transfer System Bed-size 1800 X 5000
  • 1 x new 1600T Press with integrated Siemens Automation Transfer System Bed-size 1800 X 5000
  • All presses fully supported by scrap conveyor system

Welding

  • Robotic Yaskawa MIG and Spot-welding cells.

Plant 3

E-coating/Plating Plant

  • Conveyor system from pre-treatment thro to curing ovens
  • E-coating and powder coating
  • Technical support provided by PPG
  • Alkaline and Iron-zinc electro plating
  • Technical support provided by Columbia Chemical
  • SOC, Chrome +6 free
  • Fully equipped laboratory performing Wet Analysis/Coating Thickness/E-Coat solids

  • EMF –The process proved for C2, C3 1P85 WSS Standard
  • Annual 3.8 Million Parts Capacity
  • Currently Loaded for 50%

  • Invested equipment to support large tools manufacture and maintenance

  • 30 Tools for P703 manufactured in house
  • Home Line support and Buy-off of tools done by internal resources
